Our aim is to support anyone who is ready to change and to make a difference to their own lives or the lives of others.

This means providing high-quality, free and confidential support and guidance to anyone who is affected by drug or alcohol use, either their own or someone else’s; and raising awareness about the ways we can all help to reduce the harm caused by substance use.
