Our topic is...

"Time Machine"

Step into our virtual time machine and embark on an exciting journey through history this term! Our topic is "Time Machine," where we'll uncover the incredible changes that have shaped Wales over the years.

Buckle up as we explore how the Welsh language has evolved, from ancient times to now.

But that's not all – get ready to dive into the enchanting world of Welsh stories and myths. Dragons, knights, and magical adventures await! 🐉📚

Together, we'll discover the secrets of our past, learn from our ancestors, and have a blast while doing it. So, hop on board, fellow time travellers – it's going to be an epic journey!

Reading expectations

We expect the children to read for 10 minutes everyday.  Reading packs are to be brought in daily.

You can use the reading books supplied by the school or the e-books available on Oxford Owl.

Your child will participate in a number of reading activities during the week such as whole class reading, guided reading (English and Welsh and reading tasks).

Spelling

Spelling words will be given on Friday. Test will be carried out on Friday.

Pupils should practise their spelling daily. 

P.E. days

Every Thursday

This term the children will be improving their agility, balance and coordination skills.

Please ensure children have appropriate clothing.

ICT

We are extremely fortunate to have a Google Chromebook per child in class, as well as a number of iPads. Children also have access to our Google Classroom at home through their Hwb accounts.
